MyPayOK payment service is subscription based. Users are charged a one-time set up fee and a flat monthly fee that is based on the size or structure of the organization. As a MyPayOK provider, you will have a private version of our payment application branded with your company name or logo to accept online patient payments, payment plan management, and ongoing customer service and support.
